## Integrations and testing

### Integration Robot: Farm Out

The Integration Robot used to test only Farm In, where GNet sends a trip to you. It now tests
Farm Out as well. Send a trip to GNet's test provider from your own system or from the console,
and the robot plays the provider through the scenario you picked. For each step it reports
whether the status callback reached your listener and whether the trip you sent was formatted
correctly. The Farm Out preview shows your account's callback URL in full.

### Integration Robot: Farm In

> [accordion] New scenarios
>
> * **Cancel after confirm:** the robot cancels the reservation about two minutes after you confirm it.
> * **Pickup change after confirm:** the robot resends the reservation as an `UPDATE` with a moved pickup time and location.
> * **Quote:** a `QUOTE` reservation, to check your pricing response.
> * **Airport Run:** a `REGULAR` reservation with an airport at the pickup or drop-off.

> [accordion] Console changes
>
> * **Run another test** resets the console after a finished run and keeps your picks.
> * The **Send to partner** picker is searchable, and each partner is listed once.
> * Farm In runs no longer require saved adapter credentials before they start.
> * Test pickups are scheduled 24 hours ahead, in the pickup's local time zone.
> * Each step links to the matching section of these docs.

### Platform Configuration

> [!WARNING]
>
> Between 15 and 26 September 2026, saving Platform Configuration updated what Connect showed but
> not the endpoint GNet routes trips to. If you changed your adapter URL or credentials in that
> window, save them once more.

* Vendor Partners can reopen a client's Platform Configuration and see the saved adapter URL,
  callback URL, and credentials.
* Fleet, partner, and Limo Anywhere test reservations no longer depend on the other company having
  signed in recently.

### Reservation systems at sign-up

The **Reservation System** list on sign-up now includes idopp, LimoFlow, Swary, Pickup Dispatch,
Good Journey, and OpenLimo.

## Reservations and quotations

* **Masked details on trips that did not go through.** On a trip that failed, was rejected or
cancelled, or was never confirmed by the provider, both sides see the airport code or city
instead of the full address, and masked passenger names and phone numbers. Status, reservation
numbers, pickup time, passenger count, and vehicle type stay visible.
* **Edit a quotation.** Edit opens the quotation form with the saved trip details and prices loaded.
* **Ambiguous submissions.** If GNet cannot tell whether a quotation reached the network, you are
  warned before resending it.
* **No self-quotes.** Your own company is no longer offered as a quotation partner. Choose another
  partner, or AutoQuote.
* The gBook **Partner** field is searchable, and gBook accepts trips that are not yet confirmed.

## Trip inquiries and the Leads inbox

Visitors on your public profile can ask you for a trip. They confirm their email before anything
reaches you, and the inquiry arrives in **Leads** in your dashboard and in your company email.
Mark each lead **New**, **Contacted**, or **Closed**. A summary above the inbox shows trip-button
clicks, sent inquiries, and confirmed inquiries.

On eligible profiles, the trip buttons open this inquiry form instead of an external reservation
link or embedded booking tool.

> [!NOTE]
>
> **Available to:** operators on a paid plan receive new inquiries. Every operator can open Leads,
> and existing leads stay available after a plan change.

## Needs

* **Send notifications again** from the Need page. Premium and Enterprise owners can resend once
every 24 hours, up to three times per Need. Other plans get one free resend when the first round
  reached nobody.
* Needs created between 15 September and 3 October 2026 may not have notified subscribers. Open
the Need and use **Send notifications again**.
* New Needs appear in the activity feed again.
* Shared Need links open without signing in, show the passenger count, and explain when a Need is
  no longer available.

***

## Dashboard and account

* **Activity feed:** one tab at a time, opening on New Members, with Member Updates grouping new
  vehicles, services, and locations.
* **Hot News bar:** important GNet announcements appear at the top of the dashboard.
* **Users:** up to 20 enabled users per company, up from 10.
* **Alerts:** editing one channel no longer wipes another, and booking alerts can go to WhatsApp.
* **Documents:** ZIP uploads, files up to 20 MB, fields that follow the document type, and moving
  documents into folders.
* **Billing:** a declined credit purchase explains why and can be retried with another card.

***

## Public directory

* NEMT and airline crew-transfer pages for every city with verified supply, for example
`/location/los-angeles/nemt`. AI assistants searching GNet for these services now filter by
  location.
* City service pages list operators based in that city first.
* Fleet pages were redesigned, and requests from them carry a vehicle preference.
* `/find` turns a plain-language request into matching operators and vehicles.
* `/pricing` states the GNet Platform transaction fees.
